Privacy Policy

JornadaPro (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an application to log work hours and earnings. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account (via Google): name, email address, and profile photo, to identify you and log you in.
  • Work data you log: shifts (clock-in/clock-out), hours, hourly rate, earnings, tips, mileage, taxes, jobs, and notes.
  • Location (optional): only if you activate “auto-clock in by location”, we use your precise location to notify you when arriving at or leaving your workplace. You can deactivate this at any time; if you do not activate it, we do not access your location.
  • Purchases: the status of your Pro version. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card details.

2. How We Use Data

Solely to provide the service: saving and syncing your logs across devices, calculating earnings and reports, sending you local reminders, and enabling Pro features. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (cloud database and storage), transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected with Row-Level Security (RLS) rules, so that each person can only see their own data.

4. Who Data is Shared With

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only processed through providers necessary for the app to function:

  • Google (login and Google Play Billing).
  • Supabase (hosting of the database and files).

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and all your data by writing to etrinidad.dev@gmail.com, or by following the steps on the delete account and data page; we will delete it within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this same page with its date.
